We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Customer Service Section Head at "Mazaya". The candidate should also be highly presentable, embodying our company's professionalism and values.
*Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
- Supervising daily operations within the customer service section, including call handling, complaint resolution, and report preparation.
- Developing and implementing section-specific policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Representing the customer service section in meetings with management and external stakeholders.
*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
