Position: HR Intern (HRT001)
Responsibilities:
• Develop a solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and document retention requirements.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proofread HR documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Manage pre-employment processes and post new positions on various portals.
• Sort and log incoming resumes into tracking spreadsheets.
• Coordinate interviews and testing.
• Handle background checks and maintain records of results.
• Prepare and send out various HR letters.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of requests.
• Collaborate proactively with team members, prioritizing tasks for the team's best interests.
• Share ideas and information openly within the team.
• Generate reports on HR-related processes as required.
• Perform various duties to support the overall function of the position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
